To avoid corrupting the installation, you must follow these steps:-
Tip: With any addon in general, you should always install before uploading.

1) Upload / overwrite files in Cup_Addon_V5.1_BETA_PT_1.zip
2) You must go to index.php?site=db_v5_1 and not db_v5_1.php
3) Choose the relevant option to install or update. (you can also choose to un-install or re-install.)
4) Upload / overwrite files in Cup_Addon_V5.1_BETA_PT_2.zip
5) Install complete!

To install JGrowl Notification:

1) Edit your index.php and place the following line inside body and php tags:
